“India produces the worlds most millionaires with 5 in the top 10 list”
is a millionaire in Indian dollars worth the billionaires in USD we have in America? I don’t think money to the top folks measures anything but perhaps inequality, but why brag about your richest when it’s not a virtue?

@WorldWideWeb27 – Why did the British change the name from Mumbai? I realize Mumbai is one of the largest cities in the world, but what overall area (as in km/square miles) does it cover? Perth, Australia where I live has 1.65 million people and covers 300 km (or 800 square miles) and New York, NY, USA, has 8.3 million people and covers 1200 km (or 470 square miles)? For my job, I will be traveling there in January 2011. What would be some of the sights I would want to see?
Initially it was called” Mumbai” following the arrival of the British, it was changed to “Bombay”. After India achieved independence from the British in 1947. It was restated as Mumbai. =)
@schs1977 The original name was actually Mumbai (since 18th century), but the British could not pronounce it so they changed it to Bombay around the turn of the 19th century..Then in 1996, nearly 49 years after Independence from the British, the local state government went back to the original name.

Why does this say ‘Largest city in the world’? Tokyo has 35 million people and is by far the largest city in the world. You should check your facts.

@schs1977 You are welcome. I was happy to type all that..By the way, my lesson is factually true NOT “history”.
